You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled LingoLumi or cannot sign in. Email support@dotlineplan.com with the subject “LingoLumi account and data deletion”. Include your registered email or phone number, or your user ID if known, and say whether you want account deletion or deletion of specific data. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We will verify ownership and respond within 15 business days with next steps and processing progress.
手机应用中打开「我的 → 账号管理 → 注销账号」，阅读提示并确认。仅卸载应用或退出登录不会注销账号。
In the mobile app, open My/Profile → Account management → Delete account and confirm. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account.
Deletion removes your LingoLumi profile, personal learning content, vocabulary, notes, study history, conversations, reports you submitted, settings and block relationships involving you. Reading files, related media and registered IELTS speaking (English and Chinese) and read-aloud recordings are queued for asynchronous deletion when the account is deleted; storage failures are retried. Historical files whose ownership records were already lost, or uploads not yet registered when deletion occurs, may still rely on storage lifecycle expiry up to 365 days after upload. We do not claim that all files are immediately physically deleted or that all historical leftovers have been cleared. Payment, purchase/entitlement/balance records, redemption audit records and consent/policy acknowledgement evidence are retained for reconciliation, legal obligations and fraud prevention; payment evidence is retained for three years under the existing policy. Contact us about applicable retention for other evidence. Retained evidence is not used for learning personalization. LingoLumi deletion does not automatically delete the shared MindFlow identity or accounts in other products; please request that explicitly if needed.
删除 LingoLumi 账号不会自动取消 Google Play 订阅。为避免后续续费，请在 Google Play「付款和订阅 → 订阅」中取消；需要协助时可通过上述邮箱联系。删除申请仍可先提出。
Deleting your LingoLumi account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to prevent future renewal. You can still initiate a deletion request first and contact us for help.
